By accessing or using MapScan.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
MapScan.ai provides local search visibility analysis and optimization tools for businesses. Our service analyzes your Google Business Profile and provides recommendations to improve your local search ranking.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for annual plans.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, or identity theft.
6. Limitation of Liability
MapScan.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
